
Biography
Epicure was an Australian progressive rock band formed in Ballarat in 1996. Originally called Pima's Little Finger, the group consisted of Juan Alban (vocals and guitar), Tim Bignell (bass guitar), Michael Brown (guitar), Luke Cairnes (guitar), and Dom Santamaria (drums).
The band's third album, The Goodbye Girl, featured the tracks "Armies Against Me" and "Life Sentence", both of which were picked up by national youth radio station Triple J and listed on the Triple J Hottest 100 for 2003. Additionally, the title track from their following extended play, Self Destruct in Five, was included in the Triple J Hottest 100 for 2004.
