Ajam is an Iranian roots music project based in London that creates original contemporary music by utilizing elements of the native music of Iran. The group focuses specifically on "people’s" music, a focus developed through research and field studies.
Started in early 2010, Ajam has performed various concerts across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
