Biography
Siavash Shams Ghah-Farokhi, known professionally as Siavash, is an Iranian singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is also known by the alias Siavash-e Sahneh, a name derived from his hit song, "Sahneh" (Stage).
Born in Ahvaz in 1963, Siavash rose to prominence in the late 1980s with songs such as "Dokhtar Irooni" and "Sahneh." He is regarded as one of the best-known figures in Persian-language pop music of the diaspora, and he currently resides in San Diego, California.
His musical career spans multiple roles, including singer, recording artist, composer, and producer. His discography includes well-known recordings like "Yavash Yavash," "Chikeh Chikeh," and "Nagoo Kieh."
