Fataneh is an Iranian singer known for her contributions to Persian pop music. Born in Tehran in 1953, she began her singing career in the early 1950s (Solar Hijri calendar) and became one of the most popular female singers in Iran, particularly noted for her upbeat songs.
Following the 1979 revolution, she migrated to Los Angeles. She remained highly active as a performer during the 1960s and 1970s (Solar Hijri calendar), establishing herself as a prominent figure in the Iranian music scene.
