Biography

Shahram Shabpareh is an Iranian singer, songwriter, composer, and actor. A pioneer of Iranian pop music who began his career in the 1960s, he co-founded the music group Black Cats with his brother Shahbal Shabpareh.

Following the 1979 Iranian Revolution, Shabpareh immigrated to Los Angeles, where he continued his professional career. As a producer and composer, he has collaborated with many prominent Iranian artists such as Ebi, Googoosh, Andy, Shohreh Solati, Siavash Ghomayshi, Sattar, Leila Forouhar, and Shahram Solati.

His work spans several genres including pop, dance, and rock music. He is known for songs such as "Roozegare Ma", "Baghe Alefba", "Shabpareh", "Khatoon", "Vaveyla Leyli", "Larzoon", "Lajbaz", and "Yeganeh Saman".
