Biography
Aref Arefkia, known professionally as Aref, was an Iranian pop music singer and actor. Born in Tehran in 1941, he spent six decades of activity during which he performed over 700 songs in Persian and various other languages and dialects.
He worked with several record labels including Avang Music, Caltex Records, Taraneh Records, and Fake Slap. His career spanned a wide range of professional roles as both a vocalist and actor.
