Biography

Ali Azimi is a London-based Iranian singer-songwriter and guitarist. He is regarded as a pioneer of the Iranian alternative music scene, having served as the vocalist and songwriter for the band Radio Tehran until the early 2010s, alongside members Pedram Afshin, Hesam Garshasbi, and Payam Hashemi.

After moving to London, Azimi began pursuing his musical career independently. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tehran and a master's degree in the same field from a university in England.

He is widely known for his second album, Aghaye Past, and specifically the song "Pishdaramad," which has garnered over five million views on YouTube.
